On September 11, 2024, AUX Commercial Air Conditioner (AUX CAC) held a new product launch and technical training conference in Antalya, Turkey, with as theme ‘Diversify for Innovation.’ The event provides more than 100 guests from all over the world with a unique experience.
At the conference, the general manager of AUX Commercial Overseas Sales shared the company’s strategic planning in overseas markets in detail, focusing on six aspects: products, quality, delivery time, overseas networks, technical services, and promotion. Its extensive network and clear goals have laid a solid foundation for AUX CAC’s ongoing expansion in overseas markets.
The passionate speech was inspiring, and the atmosphere was lively. AUX CAC brings new blockbuster products and experiential scenes to the stage The new products launched consisted of three series: the Q series cassette units, R32 MINI VRF, and R290 all-in-one heat pump. These new products not only demonstrate AUX’s strength in technological innovation, but also provide its partners with more choices.
Then, leaders from AUX’s research and development (R&D) department shared their scientific research technology and R&D strategic planning regarding these three new product ranges. The presenters also gave in-depth insights into the advanced technologies and advantages inherent in these products: low noise, high comfort, and easy installation and maintenance in the case of the Q series cassette units; intelligent control and high energy efficiency in the case of the R32 MINI VRF; and environmental protection characteristics in the case of the R290 all-in-one heat pump.
In addition to introducing product functions and innovative upgrades, AUX also shared long-term R&D plans, emphasizing the company’s determination to continuously launch innovative products guided by user needs. At the same time, the presenters reiterated the company’s technical service policy, including the response time of after-sales service, maintenance guarantees, and other aspects, providing customers with a more reassuring user experience.
