AUX Unveils Its Al-Powered Global Strategy at the Canton Fair

Oct. 16, 2026

On October 15, the 140th session of the Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair)—widely regarded as a barometer and weathervane of China's foreign trade—officially opened in Guangzhou.Aligned with the goals of innovation, intelligence, sustainability, specialization and quality, AUX showcased its full range of air conditioners for residential and commercial use, as well as products designed for diverse climate conditions worldwide, presenting its latest achievements in smart living and green, energy-efficient solutions to consumers around the globe.

Intelligence runs through AUX's entire product lineup at this year's exhibition.

With "Sense–Decide–Act–Service" as its core chain, the AUX i9 AI air conditioner employs comprehensive multi-dimensional sensing and a unit-wide AI scheduling architecture to collect, compute and intelligently schedule multi-dimensional data, including occupants' thermal comfort and indoor air quality—driving a full-dimensional technological upgrade from "passive response" to "active sensing."

The Innova series features an intelligent human-sensing system that uses millimeter-wave radar to detect occupants' positions, allowing the airflow to follow occupants or avoid blowing directly on them—addressing common pain points of traditional air conditioners, such as direct drafts and poor thermal comfort.

The Classic series features a highly sensitive offline voice module and upgraded smart functions via its overseas app, including AI-powered control and customized operating modes. It also integrates with hotel key-card systems, door and window sensors and smoke alarms, enabling linked functions such as automatically shutting down when a window is opened—providing customers with a more efficient intelligent air management solution.

As the global energy transition accelerates, the green and low-carbon zone at this year's fair continues to be a major draw. AUX sees sustainability as more than an energy-efficiency rating for a single product; instead, it has developed tiered, diversified green air-conditioning solutions tailored to the energy structures and low-carbon development needs of different regions.

To address high electricity prices and the EU's energy-efficiency and emissions standards, the Prime series features an AI ECO intelligent energy-saving mode, delivering energy savings of up to 40%. For regions with weak power grids, high electricity prices and abundant sunlight, AUX's solar air conditioners use direct photovoltaic drive technology and an intelligent multi-source power management system to ensure stable cooling around the clock while cutting electricity costs.

In the commercial sector, AUX's R290 heat pumps use natural refrigerant and deliver full-load heating at temperatures as low as −7°C, with outlet water temperatures of up to 85°C. For large commercial buildings, the ARV9 multi-split system features ultra-low standby power consumption of just 1 W and stable operation at high ambient temperatures, reducing energy costs while reliably ensuring equipment performance and indoor comfort.

In the power sector, AUX also offers hybrid inverters ranging from 6 to 50 kW. With photovoltaic input capacity twice the rated output, the system can simultaneously allocate power equal to its rated output to the air conditioner and an equal amount to charging the energy storage system, enabling the air conditioner and the storage system to work together by day; at night, the stored energy continues to power the air conditioner.

Competition in foreign trade is shifting from comparisons of individual products to comprehensive capabilities across the entire value chain, with greater emphasis on specialization and quality. With 32 years of focus on air conditioning and steady global expansion, AUX is a textbook example of this evolution. Its commitment to specialization begins with accurately defining the usage scenarios of different regions and adapting products accordingly.

To address the difficulty of retrofitting older European homes and strict noise requirements, AUX's portable air conditioners feature an installation-free design, low noise and self-evaporation technology, with container loading capacity increased to 750 units—balancing user experience with distribution and logistics efficiency.

For Saudi Arabia's high-temperature, dusty environment, AUX has introduced the industry's first single-axial-flow square cabinet unit, delivering 60K full capacity and up to 54K under T3 conditions. Its high airflow, long-distance air supply and easy cleaning make it ideally suited to the extreme climate of the Middle East.

Beyond product strength, AUX has established directly operated sales companies in 11 key countries. Supported by more than 5,700 service outlets worldwide, it has built an overseas after-sales network capable of responding within 24–48 hours, complemented by worry-free policies such as a ten-year warranty on core components—squarely in line with the transformation of China's foreign trade toward deeper integration of products and services.

These end-to-end strengths—from R&D and channel development to after-sales service—enable AUX to consistently deliver more specialized, higher-quality Chinese air-conditioning solutions to global customers.

Traditional going-global strategies have long centered on product exports. AUX is moving beyond this path dependence into a new stage of global brand development.

As the Global Official Partner of Manchester City Football Club, AUX maintains its leading global position through continuous technological innovation. According to Frost & Sullivan, AUX ranked among the global top three in cumulative sales volume of household split-type air conditioners for seven consecutive years (2018–2024) and was the global sales leader in smart air conditioners for two consecutive years (2024–2025). Its products are now sold in more than 160 countries and regions, and among the ten countries with the largest split-type AC market capacity, AUX ranks No. 1 in three.

This brand momentum is now reaching end markets around the world. On October 16, AUX will host its Global Partner Summit in Guangzhou to explore collaborative growth with global partners and demonstrate its firm strategic commitment to deepening global markets and building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

As the Canton Fair marks its 70th anniversary, the shift from exporting products to building global brands, and from exporting manufacturing to exporting value, reflects the continued upward breakthrough of Chinese manufacturing. On this open platform spanning more than half a century, AUX—with AI as its anchor—is charting a reference path for the global advancement of smart air conditioning.
