AUX CAC Strategy Partners Conference at Dubrovnik Croatia on Sep 25th-28th

AUX, a China-based global leader in the air conditioning industry, held our European Strategic Partner Conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on September 11 to 14, 2023. 

Titled ‘Co-Evolution’, AUX introduced the advantages of products, technologies, strategies, etc. in order to evolve towards the future jointly with our European partners. To heighten understanding of our products, AUX displayed a wide range of innovative portfolio covering from residential to commercial air conditioners as well as heat pumps during the four-day event at the venue, providing our European partners with an opportunity to get a first-hand look at AUX solutions. 

During the main conference held on September 12, AUX representatives gave presentations on the company’s strategies, products, technologies, etc.

Specifically, Kevin Yan, overseas vice general manager of AUX Commercial Air Conditioner (CAC), gave a presentation titled ‘Technology Innovation Product Leadership Common Prosperity’. In his presentation, Mr. Yan gave background on the AUX group profile, product rollout and strategy, overseas factory and localization network, among others.

Karl Ma, sales director of AUX CAC Europe, then spoke on AUX’s overseas marketing strategy for commercial air conditioners, and Chen Wei, R&D director of AUX, gave a presentation titled ‘R&D Introduction and Heat Pumps’. He explained that AUX has been investing a lot in research and development (R&D), which is bearing fruit in the form of innovative technologies and high-quality products ranging from split-type air conditioners, and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, to heat pumps.
After these presentations, a product launching ceremony was staged, and five presenters unveiled the AI-Thermal air-to-water (ATW) heat pump using propane (R290) refrigerant.

Then, Bill Xie, technical support director of AUX, gave an insight into this new product in his presentation titled ‘R290 Heat Pump Product Introduction’. He introduced the advantages of this new product, which include high performance, quiet and comfortable operation, high reliability, higher convenience, and more intelligent ability, thanks to innovative technologies used in its components.

The AI-Thermal R290 also achieves A+++ energy efficiency for the production of hot water at a temperature of 55ºC, produces hot water at a temperature of 80°C, and exhibits 100% heating capacity under –7ºC outdoor temperature conditions.

Then, Yasuaki Miyaba, deputy director of Japan R&D Center, gave a presentation titled ‘New Technology and Innovation’ and provided a description of the AUX Japan R&D Center. The center mainly engages in VRFs, heat pumps, platform, inverter technology, industrial design, and technical support. He provided details regarding the heat pump and VRF technologies.

In the afternoon, there were two technical presentations: Choy Wang, technical support of AUX, gave a presentation titled ‘R290 Heat Pump Technology Introduction’ and Five Yang, deputy manager of Technical Support, AUX, introduced VRF technology.

All of the presentations stressed that AUX has been focusing on quality and innovation, and is committed to providing the products with best quality and price to our customers.

JARN was also invited to the conference, and Soner Tetik, JARN’s sales and market manager for Europe and the Middle East, gave a presentation titled ‘World ATW Heat Pump Market – 2023 Update’ to introduce the market trends, etc.

AUX closed the day with a gala dinner held in the garden overlooking the Adriatic Sea, and the participants fostered their friendships while enjoying the beautiful view, delicious food, Croatian folk dancing, etc.
